  • We bridge the gap between conventional medicine and holistic care. Our team focuses on education, movement, and personalized support—not quick fixes. You won’t just be told what to do—you’ll understand why, and how to take action that fits your life.

  • Many of our services, including naturopathic care and massage therapy, are covered under extended health benefits plans. We recommend checking with your provider to confirm your specific coverage.

  • No, we are not able to order standard bloodwork, but we are able to provide guidance on what testing to seek out and how to get it done through e-visit or GP/NP.

  • No referral is needed. You can book directly with our practitioners online or by phone. We also collaborate with family doctors, specialists, and other providers when appropriate to ensure continuity of care.

  • While NDs in New Brunswick currently do not prescribe pharmaceuticals, we work closely with your MD or nurse practitioner when medication may be appropriate. We view pharmaceuticals as one of many valuable tools in your care—never “good” or “bad,” but part of a thoughtful, individualized plan. Our role is to help you understand all your options and make informed choices that support both your immediate needs and long-term goals.

  • Yes. We complement—not replace—your current care. Many of our patients see us alongside their family doctor or specialist. We often help fill in the gaps with education, strategy, and support for long-term lifestyle change.

  • At For Health, your first visit is a collaborative and thorough experience designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a personalized path forward. We take the time to understand not just your symptoms, but your full story—because real health starts with real context.


    You can expect a whole-person intake that covers your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle habits, mental health, and personal goals. We’ll walk through any recent or relevant lab results with you, making sure you understand what they mean and how they relate to your overall health.


    Together, we’ll assess key health behaviors—like movement, sleep, stress, nutrition, and more—so we can build a tailored plan that makes sense for you. That plan may include nutrition guidance, supplementation, exercise strategy, and collaboration with your medical doctor or nurse practitioner when needed.
